NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER - X2 - UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS
This role is available in both South Africa and Kenya (Nairobi).
SKILLS:
IP/MPLS Networks.
Unified Communications Systems (CUCM).
VoIP Implementation (Gateways).
VLAN Trunking.
CCNP Routing and Switching.
Network Security (Cisco ASA, Cisco ACS).
HD Connect- Video.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and Deployment for key customers (ISP and Banking).
Deployment of Wan/Lan (Voice, Video Data)
Configuration for data links.
Configuration for voice links.
Deploying security devices on IP/MPLS network.
Deploying solutions for satellite and cable networks.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
