This is an ideal opportunity for:
* EITHER for someone more experienced with a CCNP qualification
* OR someone more junior with 12 months + experience with an IT Services provider, looking to join the 1st step of the technical career ladder at a global organisation.
Experience required:
* Technical knowledge and exposure to at least one of : Cisco routing and switching, security, wireless and/or data centre technologies
* Cisco certified to Associate level (CCNA)
Desired skills:
* Technical Knowledge and exposure to Cisco partner products, services, tools and processes
* Demonstrable troubleshooting experience in a multi-customer environment.
* Previous experience working on-call to deliver 24x7x365 service.
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £25k - £35k
