Network Services/Support

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individual filling this position will be part of the Mapping & Admin Table team supporting the further deployment of the FORCE dispatch application to new clients. Primary responsibility will be to work with other Map & Admin Table team members, members of the project deployment team and client contacts to insure the timely and correct input of Mapping and Admin Table data into the applicable FORCE systems. Normal work hours are 8:00 am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Position may also necessitate some out of normal hours. Weekend and holiday coverage required. Overnight travel may be also be required to provide on site support to the deployment team during client conversion when necessary. Applicant must be detailed oriented, self-starter, telco background in dispatch operations, FORCE system knowledge would be a plus, strong verbal, presentation, communication and analytical skills, PC literate, Microsoft Office knowledge including Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
