We are looking for a Network Services Leader for a 3 months contract position in Alpharetta, GA.
The Technical Services Leader is responsible for the operational, project and engineering support for the global Client business. Reporting to the Global Infrastructure Leader, this position is accountable for the timeliness and quality of services that are provided by Client staff and third party service providers around voice, data and mobile networks. The position plays an influential role in the leadership and strategic direction of these critical infrastructure services and their delivery and support teams. The Technical Services Leader will provide archteicture direction, coordination of technical design, deployment and support activities, performance management of existing systems and service providers, and the development of continual service improvement plans to ensure the voice, data and mobile infrastructure adequately supports business needs.

Skills:
BA, BS or Master's degree in a Computer Science or Information systems related discipline
10+ years of equivalent infrastructure leadership experience in a global organization
Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device, Manufacturing or other regulated industry experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with network voice and data architectures
Significant experience in providing operational management and coordination for nework service providers
Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid collaboration skills
Proven ability working directly with clients to identify and resolve technical incidents
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays as needed
ITIL knowledge, certification is a plus

Responsibilities:
Provides technical and operational leadership, management and oversight of network, data, voice, mobility and operations for the global Client Health Care business
Provide operational direction and management of multiple on-site and off-site ITS resources and vendor service providers
Ensure proper and consistent communication to Client Health Care clients and internal leadership aligning with policy and procedures, SLAs, metrics reporting and contractual agreements
Interface with Client Healthcare ITS architecture and application teams to understand current and future needs for voice, data and mobile networks and develop/translate infrastructure requirements
Work with third party service providers to ensure that hosting solutions are design and deployed in alignment with business/application needs including performance and financial requirements
Ensure timely and quality support practices including technical change management, incident management, configuration management, problem management and performance/capacity management
