ROLE:

NETWORK SERVICE DESIGN AND DELIVERY ANALYST

Contribute to the architecture and infrastructure team to ensure effective delivery of network services.

Support networking initiatives related to application delivery and infrastructure operations.

Assist with escalated requests for assistance from Business System Coordinators (BSC) and regional Business Systems (BS) teams.

Coordinate activities between BS and global network supplier.

Define and maintain network operation escalation model covering local BS support, local supplier, global BS Operations and global suppliers.

Monitor the health and performance of systems in scope of this role, executing standard maintenance, tuning and remediation actions in accordance with change management procedures.

Coordinate with Operations manager to ensure proper configuration and intelligent monitoring.

Document network designs to effectively communicate architectures and data flows.

Assist less experienced personnel, sharing knowledge and cross-training.

Develop and execute test procedures required to ensure the performance of systems to Service Level Agreements.

Implement all necessary performance management, capacity planning and system administration. processes to maximize support and availability of computer infrastructure.

Document global network services and create/maintain KB covering network services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and maintaining network solution requirements document, functional specification documents and operational documents;

Managing network service changes and delivery, from the specification up to the final configuration and acceptance tests;

Second and third level support related to network incidents and problems, including synchronization and orchestration of the troubleshooting, investigation and resolution activities within my client and with external suppliers;

Run actionable and effective root cause analysis on critical network incidents;

Lead and drive to success network service development and improvement projects by defining project objectives, planning, tasks, deliverables and resources, track progress, engage with resources to guarantee timeline and deliverables, report progress to project sponsor;

Confirm solution readiness before moving to operation by confirming requirements and usability from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint;

Maintain network service catalogue, service description referential in collaboration with service owners;

Maintain network service knowledge base and publish monthly reports.

SKILLS:

Minimum 5 years' experience in network engineering, network service management, network support or equivalent fields

Network solution and service design and service delivery

Very familiar with outsourcing and global/regional network service provider management

Strong ITIL background

Network solution and services based mainly on Cisco network, voice and video conferencing products, Ipanema, MPLS and Internet, Wi-Fi, cloud services and PRTG

Advanced Microsoft Excel, WinWord, SharePoint and SAP user

Excellent requirements and support documentation skills

Service Now user as a plus
