Duties include:
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and corrects server, network, or live network broadcasting incidents
- Analyzes issues and formulates solution alternatives that meet defined IT or business problem
- Documents and communicates incidents: severity, symptom, business impact, status, and resolutions
- Creates incident reports to document exceptions to normal or scheduled activities, including hardware and software failures
