THE COMPANY
ConSol Partners client is an Enterprise company looking for a Network/Security engineer to join the team based in Brussels, Belgium. The Network/Security engineer will be working on a contract basis which holds great potential to add experience to your already strong profile and help develop further your skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Network/Security engineer at ConSol Partners client, you will be well working with fellow Network/Security driven people in a Datacentre. The network/security position will see you being involved in proactive engineering including optimisation, fine-tuning and monitoring. The candidate right for the role will be one who's driven and is happy to face challenges and to over-come these.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have expert level skill and experience with either CheckPoint or F5 (ideally somebody who has both)
- Routing/Switching abilities.
- General troubleshooting knowledge
- French/Dutch speaking
- Experience with BlueCoat is ideal
You will also be required to handle and coordinate and escalations with vendors. The scope of the role is basically somebody who can handle CheckPoint Firewall requests, changes to VPNs, BlueCoat Proxy changes and in general some troubleshooting.
LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6months +
DAY RATE: Attractive
