Network Security Engineer III

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER III to join our client in Allentown, PA.

Job Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for the engineering and implementation of Network Security technologies, specifically with the design and implementation of hardware-based Firewalls (Cisco ASA) and Intrusion Prevention Systems with a focus on Industrial Automation and Control System Security.

Job Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Seven plus (7+) years of IT-related experience.
- Seeking a candidate that is also skilled in network LAN and WAN routing and switching, particularly Cisco hardware and software.
- Also desired is a candidate who has experience with Cisco Security Manager.
- Cisco or Security related Certifications are preferred, but not required.
- Strong Network Firewall skills (Cisco ASA preferred), including Intrusion Prevention Systems.
- Experience with Industrial/Process Control Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT Security concepts and industry trends.
- Effective communications skills (written and oral).
