ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Warrant transparant ICT Networking support for all local and EMEA wide users
- Prepare, analyze (offers), follow-up on orders, guide implementations
- Liaison role between our affiliates and world-wide support partner
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Advise on improvements, new technologies, architectural changes
- Make, update, verify on existing technical documentation. Report & present solutions
- Make, update & ameliorate standard procedures & statements of work
- Guard, enforce & report on standard procedures
- Act as a high level support to helpdesk & NW engineers, tackle Level 3 issues
- Scripting skills on voice & data

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS/PROFILE

- Layer 2 switching + Layer 3 Routing
- Hardware: Cisco Catalyst/Nexus: Juniper/F5 (LTM/APM)/Riverbed Steelhead
- Able to work in virtual teams
- Work independently as well as in team
- Broad knowledge of and focus on providing data network troubleshooting assistance
- Coordinating troubleshooting efforts
- Involve technology team members from different areas
- Strong analysis capabilities
- Able to execute packet flow inspection (Wireshark)
- Knowledge of routing and switching
- Knowledge of Firewalls: implementingpossible travel and out-of-hours' work

Plusses:

- Current certification in CCNA or equivalent
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Proactive approach, bring ideas to the table, concerns, issues
- Ability to Speak The Dutch language.
