Network Security Engineer

I am URGENTLY seeking a Network Security Engineer for a 3 month renewable contract opportunity in Brussels for a large global organisation.

The profile main requirements are:
Education: at least 2 years post-secondary

Professional experience:
At least 3 years in network security with practical experience on security equipment and solutions

Main domains and competences:
Firewall and application layer gateway (ie: Checkpoint/Juniper Firewalls, Cisco ACE and ACLs)
VPN and remote access architectures
Authentication systems and protocols (ie: Cisco ACS, Microsoft IAS, RSA SecurID),
IP security threat and risk analysis,
Security systems management and administration
Encryption techniques and protocols

Nature of tasks:
Expertise in network security, engineering and consulting studies
Benchmark of emerging products or solutions
In-depth analysis of security events
Testing and report writing
Implementation and management of security equipment or software
Assistance and support (level 2 or 3) to be provided to operational teams
Daily supervision of specific security elements
