Network Rollout Project Delivery Manager - Dutch Speaking

Our client, a leading telecommunications supplier, is looking to recruit a Network Rollout Project Delivery Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. This is a German speaking role and will therefore require fluency in the German language. Previous experience in the German market would also be highly beneficial to this position.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

* Overall responsibility for the management and planning of network modernisation projects in mobile communications - Swap of 2G/3G Base Stations in cluster
* Pro- active customer management and customer satisfaction issues
* Responsible for compliance with the contractual delivery obligations with regard to rollout the technology, and the achievement of the defined project objectives including active risk management
* Check the size of the required project organisation, including the necessary resources, including existing regional office structure and the subcontractors.
* Management of an interdisciplinary project teams and implementing effective and meaningful reporting systems
* Monitor and control the rollout budgets, schedules and quality of services provided.

Your Profile:

* Experience in the management of Radio - Rollout/Swap projects in the mobile sector
* Technical or managerial university degree or equivalent qualifications
* Good communication skills in the interaction with the project team and customers
* Fluent in English and Dutch language - speaking and writing
* Resilience, assertiveness, focus on solutions - and a willingness to stand in a very dynamic environment with regular changes
* Project management certification to international standards
