NETWORK ROLL OUT TOOL EXPERT
For our customer, a major telecom player we are looking for a Network Roll Out Tool Expert for a long term TETRA telecom network roll out project in Scandinavia.
The goal of the position is to provide thorough and authoritative Project Support to the Deployment Activities in Nodnett. Activity includes Project Management, Planning and Reporting.
OVERALL SCOPE
- Check that the BTS site rollout forecasts, plans and schedules comply with the Overall Project roll out schedule in close consultation with the Customer and all stakeholders
- Estimate and analyze gaps in the National level rollout schedule and lead times together with Deployment Manager
- Prepare, maintain and update the Project Plan with project processes, procedures and guidelines (for Project Management, Site Acquisition, Construction Works, Telecom Implementation) and introduction internally and externally as needed
DATABASE
- Good knowledge and understanding of database platform, structure and relationship (ERD). Oracle experience preferred.
- Responsible for the implementation of new application development, gather requirements from the team, test, data migration, and maintenance.
- Superuser of project tool (Roll Out database); ensure data integrity and control user access rights
- Build all reports required for the project users
- Train all internal/external users as required
REPORTING
- Define milestones and activities in the Master Schedule and Project Deployment Plan.
- Prepare project milestone definition and tools updating guidelines and provide training to project team and subcontractors.
- Create sites into Roll-Out database.
- Prepare Daily and Weekly progress reports based on the Roll-Out database and circulate in electronic format.
- Provide on a weekly basis a consolidated report of work in progress for all Equipment.
- Record KPI metrics and conduct monthly project metrics reporting in accordance with contract agreement or guidelines.
- Provide to Monthly Project Management service report (for Site Acquisition, Construction and Telecom Implementation works).
- Timely and accurately distribute and store project reports
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Prepare and distribute monthly project quality report (including partner site quality performance and ranking) as recorded in the Roll-Out database.
- Analyze quality trends and data to identify systematic, common errors (materials and services) in the monthly Quality Report. Propose improvement ideas.
