SERVICE EXPERT NPO/DUBLIN
ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Expert with extensive Network, Planning and Optimisation experience to work with our Leading Telecoms client in Dublin, Ireland.
THE ROLE:
Our clients RD department have been trying to explore the leading technology in rapid RF parameter optimization, to promote network performance and cut down network OM cost.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Guide and direct RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity.
- High performance coverage prediction algorithm designing.
- Discuss with customers on business requirements and present to stakeholders.
SKILLS:
- Degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience.
- 15+ industry years' experience, with at least 8+ years of RD working experience in wireless network planning and optimization, network planning and optimization tools designing.
- knowledge of the algorithm design of network planning, simulation, propagation model, coverage predication, etc.
- Experience of software developing in any of following languages: c/C++, Matlab, Java, C#.
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
RATE: Negotiable depending on experience.
LOCATION: Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
