Network Operations Technician Job

NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER TECHNICIANS (NOC) needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Overland Park, KS.

- Technical/telecom knowledge
- Quick-learner, eager, and adaptable

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working in a 24x7 NOC environment performing remote break/fix troubleshooting and resolution on cell site equipment.
- Will also provide technical support via phone and IM to field technicians who are working to resolve cell site outages and issues.
- Manage tickets in ticketing system to ensure notes are kept up to date and problems are pushed to resolution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous experience in Help Desk, NOC, Break/Fix environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers remotely via phone and email.
- Ability to follow predefined technical processes and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues with computers, Servers, and switching equipment.
