Network Operations Support Engineer required for a 10 month contract to cover a maternity period. You will be responsible for ensuring the operating system, security and applications are deployed effectively using lumension software, virus protection is effectively deployed and daily back ups are carried out.
You will be comfortable with the support of VMWare vSphere, HP SAN, HP Server Windows and WebSense, as well as being proficient with Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy administration.
You will be supporting the Network Operations team by carrying out regular daily maintenance and technical administration tasks and as such your CV will also demonstrate expertise in Checkpoint, Sophos and TrendMicro and Lumension.
This role is for 2 days per week, and the client is prepared to be flexible on hours, although Monday and Tuesday would be preferred.
