THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROJECT ARE:
- Further improve incident classification
- Redefine (and filling in the blanks in the ) classification criteria:
- Separation between core infrastructure versus peripheral
- Separation between type of services
- Separation between type of customers (eg whole sale, residential, emergency)
- Separate critical versus non-critical services,
- Separate between features/attributes of a service
- Separate between the associated NON product related impacts (eg provisioning of new service) criteria to trigger time based modification on (major) incidents
- Improve the alignment on Service Criteria/Incident Classification among all entities; this enables a more proper Priority setting on actual incidents/outages and impact
- Also this will enable/allow a more reliable comparison of the availability of the network/services among the countries
- Understanding the source of these variations will enable and the countries to initiate further improvements of service availability
EXPERIENCE
- Management of Network improvement projects
- Service management experience
- Network seperation and migration project experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Network incident management experience
