Network Operations Center - NOC Technician - Tier I and Tier II

Yoh has a contract opportunity a TIER I AND TIER II SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIANS to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide training to one engineer/technology shift in support of overall Network Vision.
- Tier I tech support for NOC (Network Operations Center).
- Support Lucent and Motorola Switches.
- Support Microwave deployment in VISION network.
- Will serve as Tier I Support between NOC and NTAC.
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two to three (2-3) years of Technical Support experience.
- Strong understanding of Lucent and Motorola Switches and Routers.
- Strong understanding of IP.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
