Network Operations Center Analyst (Secret)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a NOC SUPPORT ANALYST to join our Client in QUANTICO, VA.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will perform server and services monitoring functions utilizing HP Operations Manager and generate incident tickets via Remedy and HP Service Manager.
- Will act as a communications liaison between the Government and Client.
- Follow up on Government requests and generate tickets as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Detail Oriented Individual
- Customer Oriented Individual with exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to Communicate Technical Information to Peers, Leaders and Project Managers.
- Experience with server and services functions utilizing HP Operations Manager.
- Basic SharePoint usage/knowledge (preferred).
- Remedy and/or HP Service Manager knowledge (preferred).
- One to three (1 - 3) years of DOD or Related IT industry experience.
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ Certification REQUIRED for this position.
- Shift: 3rd Watch (DAYS) 5:45am-6:15pm Thurs-Saturday and every other Wednesday. Shift is 12 hours with 30 minutes buffer for lunches. Breaks throughout the day as needed. Alternating weeks 3 days on, 3 days offvisit our website to learn both about our company and about our leading HR Solutions.
