Radio Access Network (ALU, NSN, Huawei) expert/validation, IOT, UMTS/HSPA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, protocol.

Areas of Responsibility:

The main tasks you are expected to perform include:
Maintain all KPI and SLA above agreed levels. Interfacing with vendors, engineering and network rollout to ensure that all technical issues that will affect the operational environment are included in testing, discussions etc. Preparing Test Plans/Test scenarios/Test Cases/Tracking Defects for different product features. Define and develop test cases to meet client requirements and demonstrate feature functionality. Working closely with mobiles vendors to obtain product specifications, discuss and provide information about faults and other issues that arise as a part of testing. Ability to perform root cause analysis for issues from captured network and mobile phone logs. Ability to organize troubleshooting sessions with different network and device vendors. Hold meetings and report to Project Manager and Device Teams. Perform studies and analysis taking into consideration performance's improvement.

Qualifications:
Telecommunication engineer with 3 years background. Strong knowledge and understanding of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA network architecture. Strong knowledge of 2G/3G Radio Access Networks (BSS, UTRAN, LTE, Air interface). Knowledge of LTE networks. Strong knowledge/Excellent support experience of Huawei/NSN/ALU equipment, Huawei/NSN/ALU RNC and Node B operation and maintenance, BSC's and BTS. Experience on the following Vendor's equipment: NSN, ALU, Huawei. Experienced with fault finding process and management platforms' evolutions. Multitasking and flexibility in handling different projects.
