Projektbeschreibung
- Minimum 2years of Experience in IT networks (LAN, WAN, .)
- 1+ years' experience in an hands-on Ericsson Smart Edge 1200 or Cisco Routers
- 1+ years' experience in supporting and operating different types of Firewalls such as Juniper Firewalls ISG1000,
- 1 + years in support OSS systems ( NMS NetOP)
- Knowledge in both SDH and IP is a plus
- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills
- Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's
- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management
- Experience with working in an ITIL environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice (ready for oncall)
- ITIL Certification is a plus
