Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a Global Service Management Organisation, is seeking an experienced Network Monitoring Engineer to join their client site in Zurich, Switzerland, for an initial 3-month contract.
Key Skills and Responsibilities include:
- Experience of Monitoring Tools, such as BMC, HP Openview
- Understanding of Splunk, ELK, IBM Netcool Tivoli
- Experience of Scripting
- Monitoring a multiple service (WAN, LAN, Server and Firewall Infrastructure)
- Incident Management of services and infrastructure
- Manage operational critical success factors, service metrics and KPI's performing routine auditing and reporting for customer specific contracts
- Integrate and escalate incidents with internal 3rd line support at an agreed stage of the incident management process
- Perform routine Access Management tasks
You must have excellent customer communication skills, a thorough understanding of "Service Operations" and certification to at least foundation level in the ITIL V3 Framework.
