Network Monitoring Center Engineers (2G/3G/4G Networks)

Requirements:
- Experience within Telecommunication environment or Bachelor/Master students from Technical University within Electronics or Telecommunication
- Comfortable with: Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
- Capable to work in an international environment
- Broad knowledge within telecom area
- Experience with NOC environment or Ericsson equipment will be an advantage
- Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus
- Must be able to work in shifts, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring 24h/7days the 2G, 3G and 4G Networks, using fault management systems and specific NMS's and performing initial analysis to identify the issues.
- Investigating basic alarms on different equipment and technologies related to Radio Access and Core Network (GSM, UMTS, LTE, etc.)
- Handling and escalating technical problems
- Trouble Ticketing and Work Order applications for alarms handling and field personnel dispatching
- Interactions with local service providers regarding Radio network infrastructure (Power Company, Leased Line Company)
- Telecom reports in order to reach the agreed KPI's
- Internal and external training
