Details

- Mobile Network projects related TASK HANDLING AND COORDINATION
- Working together with Network Design responsible team, Follow-up Non-standard work orders from Customer
- Create/modify/cease cases for the services in the CUSTOMER TASK DISPATCHING/DOCUMENTATION TOOL
- DISPATCH TASKS to internal departments
- COORDINATE and FOLLOW-UP the tasks, CLOSURE and REPORTING.
- Provide IP and MW DOCUMENTATION, according to customer needs in ISP/Telco mobile networks.
- Take part in networking network DOCUMENTATION activities.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Good skills on project deliverables and orders tracking.
- Good skill on Windows MS Office and related applications.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Good skills in IP Based services protocols and technologies
- Good skills and basic understanding on MW Transmission technologies and products.
- Experience in documentation tools (Cramer and similar) and experience in network documentation. Or Willing to improve himself on this area.
