Network & IT Security Manager

My client a leading energy provider in the UK is currently seeking a Network and IT Security Manager. The person required shall be responsible for managing the perimeter security team in the first instance and will then continue to support the Network Team.

Experience Required:

- Demonstrable technical background in Networks
- Practice in defining and delivering performance improvement to ITIL standards;
- Good commercial acumen and experience of delivering value for money from Service Provider(s);
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
- The jobholder will act as a point of escalation for operational issues and will be responsible for onward escalation to the Telecoms Services Manager for serious services outages, they will therefore be generally required to be available outside of core working hours.

Candidates who have come with SC clearance are preferred but it is not an essential requirement.
