*This is an overnight Network Help Desk role. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 6pm - 2am CST*
MUST HAVE CCNA CERTIFICATION!
Must have worked in Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. Technicians will be doing a refresh of Cisco Routers to 7400 remote sites for our customer. Candidates will take calls from Techs, check connectivity to the remote site, track progress of technician, ensure new device comes up and is connected and communicating. Add the device into monitoring tools and update all associated ticketing systems and databases. These are level one technician positions. Candidates must have accurate typing skills, ability to effectively communicate, troubleshoot, experience with Cisco Routers. Experience with HPOV, Smarts, Voyence, and/or Clarify will be considered a plus. Candidates must have good communication skills - including written and verbal.
