Part of your responsibilities will include:- - Dealing with users
- Being professional towards them in relation to resolving faults and finding the problems they have caused
- Monitor Network equipment
- Develop and fix site documentation pertaining to the Gateway
- Configuration changes
- Installation and administration of Gateways and Networks, VOIP and Firewall software and hardware
- Planning and implementing changes (following procedures and suggesting improvements - graciously)
- Other relevant ICT duties and tasks
