NETWORK EXPERT - WIRESHARK, MICROSOFT NETWORK MONITOR, WPA, WINDBG

Network Expert sought for my client for a 6 months contract opportunity based in Copenhagen/Denmark. This is a Network latency troubleshooting and optimization project.

The ideal Network Expert candidate for this project, should be used to work in an environment where the following is a natural element in the day-to-day work:

-          Low Latency
-         TCP/IP - UDP - Multicast
-          TCP States (eg Established - Closed - FIN Wait - CLOSE Wait etc.)
-          Sender-Side Flow Control
-          Receiver Side Flow control
-          Nagles algorithm
-          IGMP - IGMP Spoofing
-          Slow Start and Congestion Avoidance/Compound TCP (CTCP)
-          SACK and DACK
-          MTU
-          RTT
-          RTO
-          Scalable Window/Receive Window Auto-Tuning
-          Delayed Acknowledgement
-          Socket Buffer
-          Receive descriptor
-          TOE/Large Send Offload/Checksum Offload
-          Stack Trace
-          TDS

You are used to use Protocol Analyzers like:

-          WireShark
-          Microsoft Network Monitor

Knowledge to the following tools would also be beneficial:

-          WPA (Windows Performance Analyzer)
-          WinDbg (Windows debugging)

Other requirements:

- Financial/Banking Sector experience would be considered an asset
- Fluent Business level English
- Eligibility to work in Denmark
