Network Expert (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Identify, analyze and document requirements for network transport technologies and services
- Research, create, deploy and document network designs
- Perform network maintenance and restoration
- Provide cost estimates for both labor and non-labor budget planning
- Coordinate high level implementation planning for strategic multi-technology insertion projects
- Assist in the identification and documentation of network transport technologies and services
- Provide basic assistance with research, design, maintenance and implementation of network designs
- Create, implement, maintain and document basic network designs that conform to architectural and security standards
- Support component research
- Collect data to provide project cost estimates
- Assist with implementation planning for tactical multi-technology benefit structure

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Local Area Network (LAN) Infrastructure Design, Implementation, and Maintenance
- Experience with the maintenance of Cisco switches, routers, wireless, command line interface and network protocols
- Intermediate knowledge of RF, WiFi, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, and Cisco Prime
- Experience with performance analysis, incident, and problem resolution
- Basic knowledge and/or experience with MAN, WAN, Data Center Networks (DC Networks), and Perimeter
- Basic knowledge and/or experience with performance analysis, packet capture/sniffing, and incident and problem resolution
- Familiarity with telephony, protocols, and protocol analysis
- Fluent knowledge of English
