We are seeking a network expert for a Network latency troubleshooting and optimization project.
The applicant must be experienced in workingwith:
- Low Latency
- TCP/IP - UDP Multicast
- TCP States
- Sender-Side Flow Control
- Receiver Side Flow control
- Nagles algorithm
- IGMP, IGMP Spoofing
- Slow Start and Congestion Avoidance/Compound TCP (CTCP)
- SACK and DACK
- MTU
- RTT
- RTO
- Scalable Window/Receive Window Auto-Tuning
- Delayed Acknowledgement
- Socket Buffer
- Receive descriptor
- TOE/Large Send Offload/Checksum Offload
- Stack Trace
- TDS
The consultant is used to application of Protocol Analyzers like WireShark and Microsoft Network Monitor.
Knowledge of the following tools will also be beneficial:
- WPA (Windows Performance Analyzer)
- WinDbg (Windows debugging)
To be considered for the project, the applicant must have at least 5 years of professional IT experience and be in possession of a valid work permit. We do not provide visa sponsorships.
