NETWORK ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Gardner, KS.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- IP routing experience
- Cisco and/or Juniper experience
- Extensive Telecom knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Network Engineer coordinates, plans, and implements augmentation activities on the Company's High Speed Internet (HSI) data network.
- The incumbent exhibits technical proficiency to effectively analyze and modify the configurations of hardware and software utilizing systems and management processes designed to achieve optimum performance and acceptable levels of service within corporate and budgetary guidelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field or the equivalent experience.
- Must have data network operations, data communications networking, or systems programming experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience troubleshooting complex LAN/WAN environment problems to resolution in a multi-platform, multi-protocol environment.
- 5-10 years data network operations, data communications networking, or systems programming experience which demonstrates a broad understanding of information systems functions and their interrelation, or the equivalent experience.
- Comprehension of multiple OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing protocols (ie ATM, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, RSVP, LDP and MPLS).
- Experience with ALU hardware/software. (7750)
- Experience with Cisco hardware/software. (7600/7609, et al)
- Experience with Juniper hardware/software. (MX-480, MX-960)
- MethodsJuniper JNCA, JNCP, JNCIE.
