Aufgaben:

- First, Second and Third Level Network Onsite Support
- Administration and Configuration of Network Components
- You will work closely together with SAP colleagues and other vendors
- Working on Ad-Hoc Tasks - also on different IT-Topics

- You are highly personable, with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & German)
- For this project you can provide a wide range of IT knowledge (not only network)
- You have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate directly with end users and customers at various levels of technical

abilities with professionalism
- Excellent knowledge of design and operations of Layer 2/Layer 3 routing and switching
- Cisco Routing: Cisco 29xx,39xx, ASR1002, Switching: Cisco series 37xx, 38xx, 39xx, 4500, 65xx
- Many years of experience as a Network Engineer in international project environment
- Experienced in working at different venus & time zones
- Cisco CCNP Routing and Switching or proven equivalent knowledge
- Travelling to Barcelona Spain is required
