They are looking for someone with Level 2 Network Support experience. Duties will include problem management, incident resolution, network change requests & contribute towards IT Network process improvement.
This is working for an exciting and very well known customer and to be considered, you must have experience with the following technologies:
Cisco Switches, Juniper Firewalls, Bluecoat Proxy (desirable) and of course standard network technologies including DNS, NAT, WINS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, MPLS & VPN.
French-speaking (to a good level) as well as English is essential!
