1) Excellent troubleshooting skills on Exchange Server 2003/2010 Clustered environment.
2) Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows 2003 Active Directory
3) Mobile Blackberry Enterprise Servers
4) Ironport secure mail gateway knowledge & experience.
5) Maintain and Support of collaborative Services like LCS/OCS.
6) Experience in implementation of Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus Solutions
7) Working knowledge on Monitoring Tools -MOM
8) French Language expert - Read/write/speak
