Network Engineer (Cisco - CCNP)
Overview:
My client is looking for a Network Engineer (CCNP) to join their team, taking responsibility for the technical IT infrastructure within the Benelux region of the organisation.
The Network Engineer (CCNP) will work in a dynamic environment with a rapidly growing company who have a solid reputation and financial situation.
Role and Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot and solve incidents in a complex network (wired and wireless, LAN/WAN).
*Opening and follow up of incidents with providers.
*Working together with external companies for field installations and replacements.
*Implement, administrate and maintain Networking and security Infrastructure, wired and wireless.
*Patch & cable management of mainly f/o network infrastructure.
Skills and Experience:
*Knowledge of and experience with:
- Cisco Routers
- Cisco Switches
- Cisco wireless: standalone AP's and AP's with controller
- Network administration: monitoring tools, mass configuration tool and ticketing system
- MS Visio
*CCNP networking/security/wireless knowledge.
*Documenting of changes and new installations.
*Fluent in Dutch & English (additional German is beneficial).
*Strong communication skills and able to work under reasonable operational stress.
