Job description:
-You are responsible for the operational management of the network.
-You are responsible for the incident, problem and change management.
-You ensure the availability, continuity and performance.
-You design works and infrastructure proposals, in line with the technology and product standards.
-You provides support for large projects.
-You provide accurate documentation and registration using available tools and writes technical procedures.
-You carry out independent specialist tasks within projects.
-You manage contracts, does budget planning and liaises with suppliers.
Job requirements:
You have relevant experience:
-Knowledge CCNP-level senior network engineer
-Knowledge CCNA level for junior network engineer
You have knowledge in one or more areas of telecommunications:
-TCP/IP
-Switching Infrastructure (layer2, layer3, STP, QoS, ...)
-Routing: BGP MPLS &
-Extensive knowledge Cisco products:
-Switches (Catalyst 2960-3750-6500) & Routers
-PIX & ASA Firewalls
-VPN 3000 Series & ASA
-Checkpoint Firewall
-Bluecoat Proxy
-Infoblox IPAM
-Wireless network technology (Cisco & Meru)
-SNMP network management and monitoring tools
-SSL encryption
-Load balancing
-reverse Proxy
-IDS/IPS
-802.1x
Soft skills:
-Document writing
-Transfer to and support of second line support
-Stress resistant team player
