TITLE: NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (LAN)
LOCATION: GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN
DURATION: 6 MONTHS+
RATE: NEGOTIABLE IN SEK ON HOURLY BASIS
START: IMMEDIATE
LANGUAGE: SWEDISH SPEAKER (MUST)
TECHNICAL SKILL SET
Working knowledge on switching and routing
- Should have working knowledge on Cisco 6500, 4500, Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000 and other modular and fixed line card Switches.
- Should have Installation & Troubleshooting experience on Cisco modular and fixed line card Routers
- Should have Installation & Troubleshooting experience on Wireless LAN controllers and Wireless Access points.
- Should have worked on LAN technologies- LAN/WLAN, VLAN, STP etc.
- Working knowledge - IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, IP routing,
- Analytical troubleshooting and support experience.
- Tools : Hand on experience on ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, service now
- ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent in verbal, written communication skills Problem solving abilities.
- Take ownership to manage deliverables across multiple internal and external projects on a global basis without any help from peers & seniors.
- Take ownership to manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any/minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Build, configure & manage LAN infrastructure which includes core, distribution, data centre and access network layers in accordance to the design specifications.
-Build, configure & manage Wireless LAN infrastructure which includes WLAN Controllers and WLAN access Points in accordance to the design specifications.
- Remote or onsite Installation of all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
-Documents network problems and resolution for future reference and monitor network performance.
- Handling Incidents, Problems, Changes and releases related to Network Infrastructure.
- Should work in 24x7 work environment.
