NETWORK ENGINEER/+ 6 TO 12 MONTHS/BRUSSELS

We are urgently looking for a Network Engineer for one of our clients in Brussels. As a staff member of the service "Network DATA" within the department "Network" he/she is responsible for the Network part of projects and daily operations of the Service.

This includes:

- Maintaining the Network Service and ensuring the Network is up and running.
- Working together with Project Manager, Solution Design Authority and the Global Network teams, creating detailed designs, implementing, documenting and handing over to the Team.
- This includes assisting Client Office in Project Scoping in front of the client.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- Good knowledge of the IP protocol
- Routing and switching
- Firewalls: Cisco & Checkpoint
- Loadbalancing: Cisco ACE and/or F5
- TCP/IP, DNS, Tacacs
- Cisco CCNP level knowledge
- Juniper
- Cisco 6500
- Nexus
- Datacenter Design experience
- All routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS)
- VRF-lite
- Network Analyzing and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes is an asset
