Network Engineer - 3 Month Rolling Contract

A major banking institution is currently bolstering its network engineering capacity and looking for an experienced network engineer with a good grounding in a broad range of network technologies.
This is a 3 month rolling freelance position for a FLUENT FRENCH speaker.
Key requirements below:
Process support:
Risk document (BIA, PARP, TVCA, action plan, due diligence): ensure that right template is used, pre-filling of the documents, coordination of the different activities around those documents (communication, base lining, organization of meeting, etc..)
Document management:
Creation of a DLD detailed based on a Solution architecture with as propose serving for the configuration of the Network(server hardware is used for the solution. The Solution Network DLD contains the specifications for the necessary network services (eg: application traffic stream filtering, load-balancing parameters) and delivers a general description of the solution/application. Solution Network DLD is delivered by the FMT& IS Network Engineering Team and is after implementation of the solution supported but Network Operation (OIS)
From a network point of view give a functional description in a RCEC (review committees external connections certificate) document in order to describe the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of Risk & Security. Every connection between network segments with an unequal "trust level" must be described, judged and certified.
Creation of cookbooks with Low Level Details for the configuration of network and Firewall components
Creation/adapting an OSG (operation security guide) to reflect an conform to the minimal standards complying to CORPORATE OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT
Guarantees the setup is conforming to the IT risk minimum standards and complies with the defined BIA (Business Impact Analysis). Security and state compliant monitoring is in place.
Help troubleshooting as 3d line network engineer.
