SKILL: Configuration, troubleshooting and design of Switch, Router, Firewall, TV conference system, ADSL, Leased line
PRODUCTS: Cisco, Juniper, WatchGuard, Fortinet
ROLE:
- Providing 1st/2nd line support for network devices
- Communicate with customers
- Troubleshooting of network devices, Internet and network -related issues
- Configure and setup network devices in-house and on-site
- Liaise with network vendor and third party to escalate issues
- Windows/Linux server skills are welcome
- Maintain a technical document up-to-date and share within a team
EXPERIENCE: Should have at least 2 years' experience in the industry
QUALIFICATIONS: Network related certificates
TEAM: Will be working in a team of around 10 IT staff.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Types: Freelance, Contract
Salary: €300 - €500 per day
