NETWORK ENGINEER

One of my largest blue chip IT consultancies in UTRECHT is urgently seeking a NETWORK ENGINEER for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE NETWORK ENGINEER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- 5+ years' experience as a Network Engineer
- You have experience in Routing and Switching
- Experience with Network protocols, tools and Firewalls.
- Experience in an environment with Microsoft and/or Unix/Linux Servers, network environments and databases.
- Experience in Scripting and Automation Tooling (Octopus, GIT, PowerShell).
- Dutch speakers preferred but not mandatory

THE NETWORK ENGINEER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You analyse, recommend and implement solutions for new initiatives requested.
- You describe the solution and ensure continuous knowledge transfer
- You take initiative to put proposals for improvement, present and realize.
- You facilitate a stable platform, incl. Monitoring and analysis, to increase the autonomy of other Agile teams.
