Network Engineer

Cisco certified (Professional level certification required CCNP) with R&S and Security technology knowledge and experience is a must.

Tasks involve setting up connectivity between 2 data centers, discovering devices and onboarding to our platforms for monitoring and managing (as part of Managed Services/NOC support)
Network Configuration, Troubleshooting knowledge & experience
Direct customer interaction (phone and email) experience is a must
Experience working with large enterprises and the ability to understand the data center set up, security requirements
Ability to communicate fluently through phone, email in English
