Network Engineer

Network Engineer required for small government agency for a minimum of 12 months.

This position will be located near Civic and see you working with a small team.

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting with design, review and implementation of a national network.
- Assist with project transition to BAU
- It is a requirement of this role that you are an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with an existing NV1 LEVEL CLEARANCE.

Skills:- - Implementation, migration, upgrade and support in secure IP, WAN. Network solutions; secure routing, proxies and Firewalls.
- Interface disparate networks and test interoperability between associated entities.
- Report writing - Word and Excel
- Visio
- Implementation ISM compliant networks
- Cisco Routers and Firewalls, Cisco DMVPNs, proxies and other IPSEC type skills
- Able to ensure physical and logical security, implement broadband national WANs.

Qualifications:- Formal qualifications along with hands on experience in network infrastructure (implementation and support) highly advantageous.
