Network Engineer

NETWORK ENGINEER BELLEVUE, WA 6 MONTH CONTRACT

High Touch Engineer (Troubleshooter):

Provides direct support coverage for all network attached systems and physical network infrastructure including hardware, software, network tools & applications, Back Office, custom and third party business applications.

- Work level 1 and 2 service outages to quickly restore service.
- Find root cause and document root cause for customers.
- Lead contentious customer calls to help drive resolution.
- Work with Business units and labs to recreate customer outage scenarios.
- Coordinate, Coach, Lead HTTS/CSE engineers in Level 3 issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have 3+ years experience in Service Provider role(s)
- Knowledge of IOS-XR, CCIE, or on track
