Job Summary: Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system or a segment of a network system.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

- Study and document present work flow and procedures.
- Identify potential computer networking and computer application areas.
- Configure and analyze email applications or virus protection software.
- Write, test and de-bug complex programs.
- Prepare system flow diagrams and develop systems procedures.
- Provide technical assistance and training to user staff and to programming and operation personnel.
- Prepare, coordinate and supervise systems implementation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in data processing or related field required
- 3+ years work experience
- CCNA certification required
- MUST HAVE NOC ENVIRONMENT EXPERIENCE: troubleshooting in NOC environments a must on this position
- Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
- Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Must be able to pass drug and background test.
