Network Engineer

OVERVIEW

- Engage and work on agreed solution for support to mitigate Avamar grid size project.
- Understand hardware requirements for creating vault and non-vault storage.
- Work with the team to create a new NAS share in vault and migrate images to a new NAS share.
- Introduce manufacturing/test engineering storage solutions.
- Install Racsense System Monitor, sensors and cables in Clearwater MDF.
- Work with the team to create functional common domain groups and train users and owners.
- Execute and manage projects. Support activities include capturing and documenting user requirements, project plan, and implementation.
- IT duties as assigned by IT Team Application Leader
- Assistance with PC or network related issues.
- Report the status of each project on a weekly basis in a format approved by the IT Team Application Leader.
- Interface with IT Teams, local user community, and subcontracted vendors.
