NETWORK/DESKTOP SUPPORT CINCINNATI, OH 2 MONTH CONTRACT

Our high-visibility client is in need of an IT professional with a background in hardware support and network communications. S/He should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

OVERVIEW:

- Support of Outage Kits through multiple Sites including the following:
- Setup, testing and assembly of the outage connectivity kits (Router, access points and miscellaneous parts)
- Service, inspect and replace equipment as required between site deployments
- Partner with Lead for hardware replacement requests on damaged or inoperable equipment
- Manage online dashboard maintenance of the equipment to be tagged properly for remote diagnostic support, including password/SSID resets
- Collaborate with the Tooling Operations team with the planning and logistics associated with the deployment of the kits
- Inventory Management
- Work with IT and operations teams on forecasting demand, partner with Lead and business to purchase more kits or spare parts for the deployment through the org
- Level Two Service Support
- Manage ticket queue via ServiceNow for escalation of connectivity issues from support teams
- Partner with IT Operations on the communications and coordination of software and firmware updates to the connectivity components
- Produce monthly reports on service metrics including ticket volume, top ten, and other key performance indicators
- Other Digital Tool Support
- Work with IT Program Managers on support for other digital tools such as scanners for parts, digital measurement tools, etc.
