The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Network Design Optimization Engineer. Below is a brief description but for more information and a full spec please apply.
- 5+ years LTE/UMTS radio optimization experience, especially for LTE TDD experience need to have more than 2 years.
- Deeply understand the 3GPP protocol.
- Define the optimization strategy.
- DT analysis skill is mandatory.
- Good communication skill and can convince customer to accept the cluster.
- Good English speaking and writing is mandatory
