You will be responsible for:
- Providing support across Microsoft technologies
- Implementing new solutions from the product roadmap and building Proof of Concepts for demonstration in the centres across multiple locations
- Designing and implementing solutions to agreed timelines
- Providing systems documentation, process documentation, daily system health checks
Key skills required:
- More than 5 years experience in Cisco environment including call manager with the ability to design, configure and manager.
- Experience in Diagnosing and Troubleshooting of Network issues.
- Have some experience with IP Telephony
