Network Design Architect

Yoh has multiple contract opportunities for a NETWORK ARCHITECT to join our client in Quantico, VA.

POSSESSION OF A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Application of advanced subject matter knowledge to complex network designs and networking issues. Regarded as a subject matter expert in network design and he/she frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Works complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- SME providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Demonstrated superior knowledge and extensive experience of operational CoSC services, enabling effective development and evaluation of reports on network and network design services.
- Frequently represents the activity and shall participate in offsite meetings in the local Quantico, VA area, conference calls, video teleconferences and web conferences.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master/Expert Level Certification (CCIE, JCIE) in the related technology for the supported systems assigned to the billet (Preferred)
- 10 years of related experience
- Professional level certification within the design track of two separate technology scopes related to supported systems assigned to the billet (CCDP, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIP-SEC)
- DoD 8570 certification: IASAE II (CISSP)
