CompuCom is looking for Network Support Analyst for a Data Center in the Sunnyvale, CA area. Onsite contract/possible long term for the right fit. COMPTIA A+ AND COMPTIA NETWORK+ REQUIRED.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support for general racking, stacking, staging of equipment and networking tasks in support to Juniper CNS and DCIS teams and to assist in logistical support when shipment of equipment arrives. Logistical support includes unpacking, sorting, inventory, documentation. Contracted resources may be required to travel to key locations as needed by the client.

OVERVIEW:

- Handles incoming shipments, receives, checks POs, and notifies department managers
- Maintains inventory in the IT Storage room, provides periodic reports to management
- Requests replenishment of equipment when threshold levels are met
- Prepares packages for shipping, maintains tracking, paper work and trail for all ship activities
- Manages entire storage room
- Manages acceptance and shipment of equipment to key customer locations utilizing Shipping resources
- B.6.200 Lab Manager maintains and supports lab within requirements of client networks
- Assists customer in staging, racking, stacking and cabling of equipment as requested
- Travel to local customer sites as needed
